Intro
I’m Edward Dymoke (but friends call me Ned!), a copywriter and Creative Director back in the USA after 4 years in Helsinki, Finland.
I have 15 years of experience in writing, copywriting, editing, creative direction, and marketing roles. I am also a voiceover artist and a photographer. I like to stay busy!
I’m always interested in hearing a good idea or pitch. Feel free to reach out!
Slightly more extensive intro
I’ve held a variety of professional writing and CD / ACD positions in advertising, marketing, journalism and the entertainment industry, where I’ve been responsible for delivering everything from social media copy to editorial features.
I’ve written children’s entertainment shows for YouTube, pilots for television, B2B copy for pharmaceutical companies, and customer-facing product copy for multinational corporations (Samsung, Apple, and Netflix). As a journalist, I’ve interviewed celebrities such as Dolly Parton, Susan Sarandon, Larry Clark, and Clive Owen and filed stories as a travel journalist from locales as varied as Colombia, Montreal, the UAE, west Texas, and more.
Early in my career, I interned at Flaunt Magazine (Los Angeles, 2007) and for a summer I helped write social media copy for the band Mötley Crüe (NYC, 2010).
My family and I have relocated back to the U.S. in 2024 after 4+ years in Europe.
